Good morning,
TGIF!!!
I am having a minor procedure this morning so no food till afterwards. I did more snacking last night then planned thinking the no food after midnight made me think I needed to eat till midnight.
Today is a new day.
What is your plan for the day?
My plan
B: Nothing
L: Sandwich or leftover pizza
D: Out - mexican food probably chicken something
S; Frozen banana slices
64 oz of water

Praying for you Saundra that everything goes well with your procedure this morning. I will never get use to how my body reacts to things now. I grazed all day yesterday and got up this AM to a 1/2 lb. loss. Maybe my body is telling me.....I am not eating enough food/ calories each day. UGH I am planning on making good food choices today and getting my butt out and moving it. LOL Have a great day and wonderful weekend everyone,
