Hope everyone had a great weekend, I had to work both Saturday and Sunday but I was able to attend the Walk from Obesity event in Dallas and enjoyed it.
So what’s on your plan for today?
My plan:
B: Egg, bacon and cheese taco
L: Tilapia / asparagus
D: Steak / veggie / potatoes
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 cal snack.

Had a great weekend, but I'm glad it's behind me. Not sure what's going on with me, but caught myself grazing a few times. Old habits....they sneak in. I can feel myself trying to go there, even today. I'm being mindful of it and trying to stick to my plan for TODAY.
Did some kettle bell exercises on Sunday morning, and I"m hurting today. Ouch, had no idea of was even using those body parts.
