I am about to head out and do the walk from obesity in Dallas this morning,
We will use this thread to post today and Sunday plan.
What are you plans for the weekend?
My plan for they day
B; Banana
Obesity Walk
L and D: Make good choices
Take vitamins
64 oz of water
Sunday
B: Sausage, egg and cheese taco (done)
L Skipped
D: Cheeseburger and a few fries (done)
working on 3rd bottle of water
S: Frozen banana slices

Goal for weight to always start with 11*
At Goal - maintaining between 115 - 119
Good Saturday afternoon Saundra! Did 4 miles at the park this morning with my son and came back home and just been relaxing. Going out to dinner with the in laws.
B: Vanilla protein powder, 1/2 banana, ice, almond milk- magic bulletized
S: 1/2 donut twist
L: leftover prime rib
D: Italiano's (1st time there so we'll see)

B: McDonald's sugar free vanilla iced coffee - med
S: 1/2 sausage mcmuffin
L:Guadalajara- Caldo De pollo
D: leftover Prime Rib
B: Vanilla protein powder, 1/2 banana, ice, almond milk- magic bulletized
S: 1/2 donut twist
L: leftover prime rib
D: Italiano's (1st time there so we'll see)
