Friday finally got here.  I have to work tomorrow but not till around noon. 
Going to do the Walk from Obesity in the morning.


Whats your plan today?

 My plan

B: Bacon, egg and cheese taco
L: left over spaghetti
D; Out - Mexican food
S: Fit and Active - Cinn - Swirl
64 oz of water

Late start but I was off today and thoroughly enjoyed it!  Had a gift cert to a spa and did the combo facial, swedish massage, foot soak/scrub- LOVED IT!!!

B: vanilla protein, scoop of peanut butter, ice, soymilk- magic blenderized
L: 1 eggroll, hummus, pita bread
D: thinking seafood or steak(or both)
