My plan:

B: Bacon and cheese omelet / toast with SF jelly

L:  Tilapia / asparagus

D: Pork loin / veggie / scalloped potatoes

S: Frozen banana slices / 100 cal snack.

I didn't stick to my plan yesterday. I ended up eating a cafeteria lunch with 4 small baked steak fingers, potatoes, green beans and salad. It was pretty good.

I came home and made crab and corn bisque. it was good. What I had that was bad...bought some cookies for my lunch bunch and ate several...bad, bad Karla. I'm taking them to school today for everyone to eat so they are not here.

Here is my plan:

S sf caramel iced coffee
L chef salad w low carb dressing
D corn and crab bisque
S skinny cow ice cream
