Well yesterday was totally opposite of Monday. I didn’t think the day was ever going to end. So what is your plan for the day?

B: Bacon and cheese omelet / toast with SF jelly
L: Left over Chicken Fajitas
D: Pork loin / veggie / scalloped potatoes
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 cal snack.

Goal for weight to always start with 11*
At Goal - maintaining between 115 - 119
Early start for me. Have to prep for a 7am meeting this morning. I'm forced to skip my workout session today.
