Yesterday sure seemed to fly by, guess being busy has its advantages. 
 

So what is your plan for the day?

 

My plan:

B: Bacon and cheese omelet / toast with SF jelly

L: Leftover Steak / Broccoli & Potato in cheese sauce

D: Fajitas / guacamole

S: ????? / 100 cal snack.

Good Morning Daily Plate Pals,

Yesterday was a food disaster for me...grazing.  Why?  Well, because I'm a food addict, I guess.  I'll find any excuse.   So...that was that, and TODAY is a new day.  (Thank, God!!)

Today's Master Plan:

- Exercise (check)
- Prayer & Meditation (check)
- Vitamins
- Track Water, Food & Activity
- Healthy food/ Planned eating
- Evening walk w/ Vivian & the dog
- OA Meeting

Good "late" morning ladies!  Been super busy this morning but I'm off Friday sooo, I'm very happy about that!

B: vanilla protein powder, 1/2 banana, ice, - Magic Bulletized
S: cheese stick
L: leftover baked spaghetti
S: tropical fruit carbmaster yogurt
D: pork chop/veggies
