Hope everyone had a good weekend, I did despite working a couple of hours on Saturday.  
 

So whats your plan for the day?

 

My plan:

B: Bacon and cheese omelet / toast with SF jelly

L: Chicken salad on wasa crackers

D: Sirloin steak / veggie / potatoes

S: Fun size snickers / 100 cal snack. 

64 oz. of water

Good morning!!!  The sound of rain and thunder woke me up early... what a welcoming sound!!!

B:  Body by Vi shake
L: 2 multi grain crackers/ 1 oz black rind cheese
S: SF tapioca pudding
D: tilapia and 1 oz sweet pot. fries
S: skinny cow

Here is my plan:

B coffee and later an egg bite
S sf caramel iced coffee
L chicken salad with a few crackers
D pork chops in crockpot with a few bites of rice or quinoa
S Swiss miss bar or hummus and a few crackers

G'Morning Daily Plate Pals,

Wet morning in my neck of the woods.  The new is on TV and I'm getting ready for work.  I had a good workout this morning and my scale looks good.  Off to a good start this week, I guess.

Today's plan:

- Connect w/ HP (check)
- Exercise (check)
- Vitamins
- OA Meeting
- Water, Water & More Water
- Healthy Food choices / Planned eating
- Evening walk w/ the dog
- Read

Good morning ladies!  Love the rain, but not the wind.  Slick roads, heavy winds makes for bad or shall I say "worse drivers".  As a mother I worry way too much about my son traveling across town in that mess :(

B: vanilla protein, ice, 1/2 banana- Magic Bulletized
S: strawberry colada carbmaster yogurt
L: leftover baked spaghetti
S: moz cheese stick
D: thinking turkey burgers

monday again, and we finally have rain!!!   i found a personal blender at Wal-Mart that works GREAT! it's a Hamilton Beach & the cup part is a travel mug; i think i'm gonna get another so i can keep one at my desk at work.

B:  Muscle Milk Light Smoothie (made w/ decaff coffee & SF Almond Roca syrup)
S:  Carbmaster Yogurt w/ Roasted Almonds
L:  Roasted Chicken
S:  1/2 Oh Yeah! Chocolate & Caramel Bar
D:  Roasted Chicken
S:  Another Protein Smoothie

Try to push 2 liters of water down

 Yay Monday!  (Note the sarcasm...lol)

I'm still on soft foods for another week.  I would appreciate any feedback if it looks like I'm not eating the right things.  I'm still learning.  

B: Chobani Greek yogurt w/pineapple
S:  Tropical Punch protein shake

L: Cheesy Ricotta Bake
S: Lemonade Protein shake

D: Beans or mashed potatoes...haven't decided
