S hummus and a few crackers and maybe a Swiss miss bar

Good morning Karla! Sooo glad it's Friday!!

B: carbmaster yogurt
S: plum
L: Having a cook off at work today to raise money for cancer so I'll try to make good food choices (had a few bites of spinach casserole, squash casserole, smothered pork chops, carne guisada, chicken n dumplings, sour cream enchiladas)
S: more sampling (few bites of bread pudding, german chocolate cake, chocolate lush cake)
D: Mexican food (only had a margarita and a few chips n salsa- WAY TOO FULL FROM LUNCH!!)

Thanks for getting it started,  I normally don't get up till 7:30 so next week I am going to start the thread the night before that way folks can post before they head out the door to start their day. 

My plan for the day!

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: chicken salad
D; Out - make good choice
S: Frozen banana slices / ??????
64 oz of water

Hi Ladies,

Doing well with the food plan. I have plans for a non-food reward this weekend.  I worked out everyday + took the stairs at the office.  YAY!!
