My plan for the weekend

Take vitamins
Make good food choices
Be mindful of portion size
Control late night snacking

At Goal - maintaining between 115 - 119
Plan:
Exercise: Gym running on treadmill at least 3miles
B: Starbucks mocha light frap
L: poplano soup
D: Tilapia and 1 oz sweet pot. fries
Snacks: Swiss miss 100 cal fudge bar

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Off to start my weekend. I have quite a list of errands to run.

SUNDAY:
Good morning ladies! Off to a ****ty start as I was halfway thru walking my doggies and a downpour ensued! I've NEVER got that soaked in my life-FULLY CLOTHED in my exercise gear and favorite running shoes! ****z, now I don't know what shoes I'm going to wear this afternoon when I go running...hate to chance screwing them up by puting them in the dryer.
B: Rocky Road protein powder, 1/2 banana, soy mil**** MAGIC BULLET
S: few slices of bacon
L: leftover spring roll & charbroiled beef strips
S: blueberry acai carbmaster yogurt
D: feel like eating a steak n veggies(wentt grocery shopping and settled on baked spaghetti & garlic tx toast)

Glad you got a laugh out of it Laura! I almost had hubs take a pic of me cause I was a HOT MESS! I was *****ing at him too much though cause he said he thought about picking us up but he didn't want us dripping water all in his truck.... WTF!!!!
It's Sunday!!! Hope everyone is having a good weekend so far! I got up early to head to the gym but ended up at Walmart instead!! Will head to the gym in a bit.
Plan for Sunday:
Exercise: run 3 miles
B: Body by Vi Chocolate Banana shake
L: leftover poblano soup
D: Crab and corn bisque ( going to try to make this WLS friendly...learned how to make it at the New Orleans School of Cooking)
Snacks: Skinny cow cone
