Good morning ladies, 

I think another hot day in the DFW area is in the forecast but I think we might actually have rain in the forecast tomorrow.  So what’s on your menu today?

 

My plan for the day:

 

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast with SF jelly

L: Tilapia/ veggie

D: Chicken

S: Frozen Banana slices with SF caramel / 100 – 150 cal snack

64 oz. of water

B: 1/2 wheat bagel w/ I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
S: Vanilla protein powder, organic soy milk, fresh strawberries all blended
L: Thinking Subway
S: tropical fruit carbmaster yogurt
D: tuna salad w/ crackers(family will have sandwiches)
