Good morning ladies, another Monday over with, now just need to get through the rest of the week. 

 

What’s your plan for today?

 

My plan:

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast with SF jelly

L: Tilapia/ asparagus

D: Something with lean ground beef
S: Frozen Banana slices with SF caramel / 100 – 150 cal snack

64 oz. of water

Good morning!  It feels like a Monday but I'm glad it's NOT!!!

B: 1/2 wheat bagel w/ peanut butter
S: carbmaster yogurt
L: Healthy Choice entree
S: 1/2 wheat bagel w/ peanut butter
D: Baked chicken/ veggies

Well my day did go as planned..... not the best choices as it was just one of those days.  But they were my choices and I own them... the good, bad and the ugly.  Tomorrow will be a better day!

B: Nothing
L: a snack size bag of lite microwave popcorn
S: skinny cow snack pack, 2 bite sized twix bars
D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce
S: probably a skinny cow cone later on

Good Evening Daily Plate Pals,

Stuck to my meal plan today, for the most part.  There is one thing I need to work on, that's  increasing my water intake.  Each day I start off with the best of intentions, but then get so busy I forget.  Please feel free to send me your suggestions.

B: Protein shake
L: Fajita Salad
S: Sm. Gala Apple
D: Turkey/Cheese Roll ups, Egg White & Pork Skins
S: SF Dark chocolate pudding
