TUESDAY GRATEFUL POST
Good Morning Everyone,
Hope everyone is having a great week so far. Today I am grateful for lots of things in my life. One being that today is tuesday and on tuesday evening I get to see one of my sons and spend some time with him. He is in a recovery program for addiction and is doing amazing there. I am SO proud of him. He told me once that I did NOT understand addiction. LOL Thats a joke !!! No I guess a food addict doesn't understand addiction...we have to face ours several times a day. Oh well....I am staying from my subject. LOL We ALL have things in our life to be grateful for....no matter how small or large they may be. Today I am grateful for my visit with him, for my WLS, for my freedom from my food addiction with my WLS, for all the different WLS available for us to choose which one is best for us. Grateful for a caring bariatric surgeon, for the NOLA OH conference last week....it was AMAZING, for all my OH friends and OH, Grateful for Kim Gyurina ( over OH Events ) she works SO hard making these conferences such a huge success, for my life, Faith and answered prayers, for the 3 wonderful sons that I was blessed with in my life and my precious husband of almost 35 yrs. PLEASE share with us if you will what you are grateful for today.

Thank you so much for this post. I've been swamped at work and not making the time for my daily OH posting. I get on while I warm up during my AM workouts, but most of the time it's too early for anyone.
Today was a good day and I am grateful. Decent job, happy home, good friends and a great happy/healthy family.
