Good morning! The daily plate torch has been passed on to me so I will be starting it either each morning or the night before, anytime you don’t see the thread feel free to get it started.

 

Thanks Paige for getting it starting each morning and keeping us accountable.

 

The weekend is over and time for me to get back on track.

 

What your plan for today?

 

My plan:

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast

L: Chicken salad / Light chips

D: Steak / asparagus / potatoes

S: Frozen Banana slices / 100 cal snack of some sort

64 oz. of water

Good morning ladies!  Had a great relaxing wknd and now it's back to work!

B: chocolate protein shake with 1/2 banana
S: carbmaster yogurt/granola
L: Healthy Choice entree
S: 1/2 wheat bagel w/ peanut butter
D: pork chops/veggies

Good Morning Daily Plate Pals,

Ladies...THANK YOU SO MUCH for this daily post.  I look forward to it everyday because it keeps me honest.

Had a great weekend in NOLA.  It was so nice to see many of you, "in the flesh."

Today's Plan:

- Connect w/ HP
- Exercise
- Vitamins
- Up water intake
- Track food & activity

B: Protein Shake
L: 1/3 Asian Chicken Salad
S: Peach
D: Turkey/Cheese roll ups, egg white, 1/2oz. pork skins
S: SF Jello Pudding - dark chocolate

To Do:  Think of a small/realistic goal, for this week.

PLAN? What does that word mean? I tend to take it hour by hour....

B was - ham sandwich (1 piece of bread, ham, cheese, mayo, mustard, and a pickle)
L will be leftover 1/2 enchilada and charro beans
D - think it is baked chicken and salad (Husband turn to cook tonight)

S - cheese straws

I always get my water in w/ my  5 huge cups of water a day.

Otherwise, school work, school work, school work, looking for part time job....And Church to help wildfire victims from our little community.
