Daily Plate Monday
Good morning! It’s Monday and I am ready for a great week!! Did a lunch swap with Donna… so now I have 31 lunches in the freezer (king ranch chicken soup, chicken chili, beef enchilada soup, poblano soup, chicken enchilada soup, bean and turkey soup, vegetable soup, and chicken enchilada casserole) I can’t begin to tell you how hard it was to pick what I was going to have today!!! So what are your plans today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce and sweet potato fries
