Good morning! It’s Monday and a new week is upon us! I had a great girls weekend in Dallas and can’t wait until I see them again in NOLA for the OH conference next month! Anyone else going?? I have that I am not going to NOLA, hope you all have a blast.
We leave for Hawaii on Friday so I am trying to say in my lower weight range as I know I will probably bring back a few pounds.
My plan today

L: Tipalia / veggie
D: Pork loin / veggie / mashed potatoes
S: Fruit / 100 cal snacks
