Good morning, don't see a thread yet so thought I would get it going.  I am trying to stay on plan for the next 9 days so I will be at the lower end of my weight range when we go on vacation.


My plan for today

B: Omelet / toast (done)
L: Tilapia / Asparagus
D: Steak / veggie / potatoes
S: Fruit / 100 cal snack pack
64 oz of water

Exercise: Shopping

Hi Daily Plate Pals,

Saundra, thanks for starting the Daily Plate post.  I'm trying to stay on plan too.  I have a weekend get away starting this Friday.  -- Can't wait!! 

My Master Plan for today:
- Connect w/ HP
- Vitamins
- Lots & Lots of water
- Healthy food choices/Planned eating
- Pay Bills
