I will let you know later on (probably tomorrow) how terrific today is...I did receive an offer (not as crappy as the one before), but still crappy.  I was so upset over it, I could not even my lunch yesterday. 
My realtor after much discussion with me, did present an offer, and we have not heard back if they will accept it.  She was going to tell their realtor, that there is NO negotiation from it.  If they dont like it, they can look elsewhere.  Another thing...they want to close by the end of the month.

Not much else happening here...just the normal routine at work.

Well rats- I was hoping the offer would be a good one. Drat. I hope they come up to the offer you've given them. Maybe since they're in a hurry to close they'll be more willing to come up to your offer. Keep us posted!

I closed my eyes at 9:15pm and didn't wake until the alarm went off at 4am. That's unheard of for me. Generally I wake up in the middle of the night a few times. Still I hit snooze because I wanted to sleep more. I will get to sleep in tomorrow because I have a meeting at Chris's school at 9am and I decided to just go in after that. I'd only get to work from 7am-8:15am if I went in and then drive all the way back to Keller so I'm just going to have a lazy morning.

The counter offer is for the amount that I was willing to accept on the house....that is why it is a take it or leave it offer.

 Oh No !!!! I am SO sorry Norma that you weren't offered something acceptable.   Maybe they will come back with a offer that you will accept....I watch House Hunters all the time on HGTV and lots of the time there they will really come back with a good price if that is the house that they really want.    I will be off to Dallas in a couple of hours....HATE going to Dallas.    I have to take my middle son for some blood-work and tests before he goes into a long term ( 12-18 month ) recovery program next week.   I am SO very proud of him and where he is now going with his life.     He had some blood work done yesterday and had to be stuck 4 times.   UGH I know the feeling and free his pain with that.   PLEASE keep him in your thoughts and prayers everyone if you will.    He has a long road ahead of him.   Thank God some of the stresses that I have been going through for years is finally going away.    PLEASE everyone stay hydrated.....I believe they said that today will be 108* here today for the high.    That is CRAZY !!!  I remember the 1980's when it got up to 115 or higher.   UGH not good.   It is HOT this am even.    Well....time for me to get off here.   i am up earlier than usual and rambling.   Not enough coffee down yet.    Have a great day everyone.

I really hope that they accept my counter...because I am so ready to get on with my life.  At least this will be one hurdle completely over and done with.

Norma hope they accept your counteroffer. 

It is going to be another HOT day, so I don't plan to leave the house.  The neighbor hood kids come to  walk the dogs this afternoon but with the heat I think I will just have them play with them in the house and may be brush them.    

Having Mary Kay being delivery today so will need to do a little light housework before noon. Work is packed full of meetings today so will be doing alot of multi tasking but I only have 10 more days till vacation!!!!!
