Good morning!! It's Monday and for me that means back to work! Summer vacation just didn't last long enough and in 22 years this is the first time I have dreaded going back to work. Anyway... what is your plan for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

At Goal - maintaining between 115 - 119
B - maple & brown sugar (weight control) oatmeal w/pecans.
Green tea
Snack: If needed - yogart.
Lunch: 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese Honey, smoked turkey
Snack: If needed - diff flavored yogart
Dinner: 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese - Honey Smoked turkey
