Looking forward to seeing you guys soon, too!! Still trying to get in tons of protein to help with my recovery from plastics. I've been eating a TON but my weight is the same as it was pre-op (which I guess is actually 5 pounds up since he removed 5 pounds).

B- tortilla/cheese
S- protein bar
L- Weigh****chers pizza
S- Kashi cereal
D- chicken/salad
S- greek yogurt/sf pudding
S- protein shake

Good morning ladies!  Been up since 5 and got my exercise done.  I just can't seem to sleep longer even on the wknds!  Oh well, normal weekday time is 4: 45am.

B: egg/spinach/shrimp/cheese breakfast casserole
S: Starbucks something
L: probably more casserole
S: tropical fruit carbmaster yogurt
D: Lasagna House(lots of house salad cause I love it, glass of Riesling and few bites of Carbonara)

Good afternoon ladies!  Slept in today.... till 6:30, which is actually pretty good for me!  Walked the dogs, went to breakfast with hubs, grocery shopped, came back and I cut the grass back/front.  Just put in 4 miles on the treadmill and thinking about going to wash my suv before I take a shower and ENJOY the rest of my Sunday!

B: 1 egg over medium, 1 slice bacon, potatoes, few spoonfuls of menudo
S: string cheese
L: Got a coupon for Smoothie King so I'm thinking about trying the Lean1 Strawberry
S: vanilla carbmaster yogurt
D: Making spaghetti
