I have got to get back on track myself. Not that my eating has been bad lately.....I haven't been eating much at all and trust me I know better than doing that. My weight is about the same so thank God no major gains due to my bad eating habits lately. Today I plan on getting in ALL my protein and make good wise choices. Glad you are back home.
