Good morning!!!  Phew... I think I need another vacation!  It's hard work coming home and getting everything back in order after being gone for 4 weeks!!  Fridge is stocked after a major shopping spree at Sam's and Walmart so I'm ready to get back on track!!  What are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

B: kcup chai latte
L: poblano soup (leftover from yesterday)
D: Tilapia and sweet pot fries
Snacks: Coconut frozen fruit bar

 Good Morning Paige,

I have got to get back on track myself.   Not that my eating has been bad lately.....I haven't been eating much at all and trust me I know better than doing that.    My weight is about the same so thank God no major gains due to my bad eating habits lately.    Today I plan on getting in ALL my protein and make good wise choices.    Glad you are back home.

Good morning.

I go on vacation in 2 weeks so I am trying to stay focused and get in the bottom of my range before we go.


My Plan for the day

B: Omelet / toast
L: chicken enchilada
D: Tilapia / veggie
S: Fruit / 100 cal snack
64 oz of water
Exercise: DVD or Swim  (maybe both)

S sf vanilla iced coffee...homemade
L chef salad or chicken Poblano soup
D grilled Poblano cheese beef patty and veggie
S Greek yogurt and fruit

Good morning ladies!  Man do I have a killer headache right about now.  Mmmm.. Paige, coconut frozen fruit bars are my fave!
