Thank you, SEAN-it was a good day--today will be much more challenging-my coworkers have gone "all out"-I feel 6 years old again-balloons/streamers/the works-including a HOMEMADE carrot cake, that feels like it weighs as much as I do...not expecting to lose any weight THIS week!!!
