Good morning!!!  The week is winding down... can't believe our vacation is almost over!!  What are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Exercise: 5k   (done)
B: Starbucks light coconut mocha frap   (done)
L: salmon/cream cheese/2 multigrain crackers
D: left over bbq ribs
Snacks:  skinny cow cone

 Afternoon everyone,

Today has been a BAD day in the fact that it is 2:35 PM and all I have had is a cup of coffee and glass of tea.    My stress level is at a ALL time high.    I NEED to go and do a protein shake or try to eat something but my stomach is all in knots.    Plan for today and this weekend it to eat enough food to sustain my body and get in all my protein.   I am usually SO good about doing this....but with all that has been going on in my life.....I haven't done well at all.   Please keep me and my family in your prayers if you will.    Have a blessed day.
