Here s my plan:

Elliptical for 30 minutes and hopefully swimming 20 or more Laps later

B protein latte
S Atkins drink or sf vanilla iced coffee
L salad with protein
D Italian something...bought Italian sausage and fresh basil and told Ben to get creative
S fruit and Greek yogurt

L: Chicken Salad / chips
D: Protein / veggie / potatoes
S; Fruit / fun size candy
64 oz of water
