Good morning!  I hope everyone had a great weekend!!!  My vacation is half over and it's going way too fast!!  Trying to make the most out of each day while we are here!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise:  Getting ready for my morning walk/run
B: Click Frap
L: salmon/cream cheese/2 multigrain crackers
D: halibut and veggie
Snacks: 100 cal snack, ww ice cream bar

L steak wrap from chef Tais mobile bistro
S mcD's sf iced coffee
D leftover pork chop or chicken at home and veggie
S skinny cow bar

Today I have lots of sewing to get done.  So I'll have to turn my alarms on to remind me to eat and drink.  When I get into that sewing room and going I'll let 6 hours go by before I remember I have forgotten to eat or drink.

Good morning ladies!  I'm really enjoying my morning exercise videos on the patio.  It's so peaceful outside at 5am!  Got me a new pedometer this wknd and I love it!  Unlike the cheapies, this one is pretty accurate!  Having a stress test done at 3pm today and hoping all goes well!

B: banana/strawberry protein shake
S: carbmaster yogurt
L; rotisserie chicken/salad
D: lemon pepper baked chicken/veggies

Hi Daily Plate Pals,

Hope everyone had a great weekend.  I had family in from out of town, it was super busy, ate too much, but other than that i was great.  My scale could have looked worse this morning, so for that I'm grateful.
Back to basics today, starting w/ my meal plan and exercise.

Today's Master Plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- Vitamins
- Lots of Water
- Healthy Food Choices
- Planned eating (avoid PM grazing)
- Log Food & Exercise
- Balance check book / Review Budget
- Clean/Org. my garage
- Exercise
- Walk my dog
