Do you feel like singing the spiritual, Free at last, free at last, thank God, I am free at last ?? I remember that day very well, like it was yesterday. And mine was FOUR years ago!!! I had my niece staying with me at the time of my surgery, so she was able to get me out of the house for short periods of time.

Good morning,

I am up early for a Saturday about to head to pick DH up he is goine to take the truck to the shop to get the a/c fixed, will mostly likely go eat breakfast. I hope they can fix it today and not one of these got to get a part time thing. Nothing else really planned today.

It's been almost a month since my knee replacement. I'm getting around really good which makes it that much harder to stop and make time for the ice packs and elevation that help the swelling so much. I've made the grocery list but have to wait for Beast to get home from work, I'm not up to both shopping AND putting it all up by myself yet. I've got a dozen do rag orders I have to get fiinished and shipped Monday so that will keep me busy the rest of the day and tomorrow.

Good Saturday afternoon everyone,

I have had a majorly busy day today. My 25 yr. old moved back home about a week or week and a half ago. He decided that he needed to meet his biological Mom to get past some issues in his life. So I contacted her 2 days ago and called her this morning to set up a meeting for us all. PLEASE if you think about us tomorrow evening about 7 PM....please say a prayer that everything will go well. He has NEVER met her before. I am praying that after this meeting he will have the "closure" that he is seeking so he can go on with his life then and make some better choices in his future. Praying for Meggie, Norma and everyone else in need.

Thank you Karla. I think both my support group meeting tomorrow will go well and also the meeting with my son's birth Mother tomorrow evening. Please if you think about us at 7 tomorrow evening say a prayer that things will go well.
