Didn't want to get everyone off to a late start in the morning just because I'm in a different time zone right now... so here it is!!!  What is your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

D: Steak / veggie / potatoes
S: Fruit / 100 - 200 cal snack
64 oz of water

I need to plan for the next week.  I'm having my shake for breakfast but I have no plan for lunch or dinner.

I've menu planned pretty meticulously for the past 3 weeks.  Without a list of dinners for the next week I'm lost at sea today.

 Morning Paige,

Hope you are enjoying your time with your family.    I did terrible yesterday.   Stress was almost at a all time high.  Only ended up doing about 280 calories for the day and didn't even get close to my protein levels.   This is something that rarely ever happens to me.    I am ashamed to admit that life really got to me yesterday and I gave in.   Thought about doing a shake last night after I got home from Support Group but caved and decided to forget it.   Today I PROMISE I am going to do better.   I am about to do a shake with double scoops of protein powder.   Not sure what today will bring my way since my middle son is not up yet.    He seems to set my mood for my day these days.  I promise to get in more calories today and all my protein + some.   Have a blessed day and remember to stay hydrated.
