The holiday weekend is over and it's time to refocus and get back on track!!  I hope you all had a fabulous 4th of July!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Trying to get in the habit of posting the night before so I will be back in the morning with my plan!

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Grilled chicken / veggie
D: Pork loin / veggie / small baked potatoe
S: Fruit / 100 cal snack
64 oz of water

Good morning ladies!  Had a wonderful 3 day wknd!  I wanted to do some painting but it will have to wait till next wknd....maybe.

B: 1/2 Dr. Reddy pita bread/1 slice of ham n cheese
S: Kroger carbsmart yogurt
L: leftover chicken fajita skewer
S: 1/2 Dr. Reddy pita bread/1 slice of ham n cheese
D: baked chicken/salad

Busy...Busy...Busy day for me.  Finally getting around to my Daily Plate post.   Lots to do, stressed at work, but stuck to my meal plan, so that's a plus.

Plan for this evening:
- Healthy food choices
- Rest

I will make an effort to post in the PM as well.
