Oops.... this time change in Arizona is messing me up!!  Sorry for the late start this morning!  My son and I were up at 6 and went walking/running.  He is wanting to do a 10k in November so I told him I'd help him.  We completed week1 day2 of the couch to 10k.  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise:  Walk/run
B: Oh yeah RTD
L: Tilapia and sweet pepper sauce
D: ? Not sure yet... going out to eat for Dad's bday

My plan for today

B: Ham/bacon and cheese omelet / toast / Hood calorie countdown choc milk  (done)
L: Tilapia / mixed veggies
D: Spaghetti / toast
S; Fruit / fun size candy
64 oz of water
Plan to do some exercising in the pool.

Here is my plan:

Elliptical

B protein latte
L salad with teriyaki chicken in it
D Indian butter chicken and veggie
S Greek yogurt and fruit

We went to an Asian market yesterday in BCS and got some stuff to make oriental/ Asian food. The butter chicken doesn't have but 2 Tbsp for the whole recipe, but looks yummy. There is tomatoes in the sauce to and Greek yogurt.
