All Aboard!!

Anybody else trying to function this early after a short night last night?  I had to pitch in some last night with the festivities and did not get in till late but woke up "on time" this morning.  Thank goodness I have some SBX I was able to "nuke" this morning.  Needless to say back to fighting grime this morning.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Good morning! I hit snooze way too many times- gotta get moving. We had a good time with my sister. Bryan painted her bathroom and I helped tape things and painted the closet. I'm not a very good painted but then again, I haven't had much practice. I played Guitar Hero for the first time- not too good at that! I did do okay on American Idol but it was funny. All in all a good time.

Hope everyone has a great day today!

Good Morning!!!

This week is going to be a very short week for me, as I have the day off.  I do have a Doctor's appt this morning, but that is it.  Yesterday we got some of that 'liquid' moonshine since it was at night, so at least I didnt have to water the flowers in my front yard.

This past weekend I did get a compliment on my yard...which is so different than it was three years ago.  The tree that was in my front yard when I bought the house in 12/04 had grown so big, that the ground it was shading had died, and the other grass was so thin.  In fall of 2008 I began a mission of having the old tree taken down, crepe myrtle planted, and front yard re-sodded.  Now everything looks so good...especially the grass, it is so thick.

Good morning from beautiful Rowlett. I'm still hanging at Stephs and Ben and I will be leaving later this morning to head home via Bryan-College Station. We have a few errands to do there for him today. We had a great 4th swimming and eating BBQ. I enjoyed visiting with Karen, Wendy, Jodie, Steph, Mel, Jenn D, and Sharon yesterday. WLS peeps rock!

Hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

I did wave Gina. It was a quick trip to pay rent, grab something from Ben's apt, and go to sign up for scuba lessons at a dive shop. We ate because we had to wait on the dive shop folks to get back from their lunch!

Good morning,

I didn't want to get up this morning, had a hard time going to sleep last night, not sure why I didn't even take any naps yesterday.   Yesterday DH and I had the day to ourselves and just made use of the pool.

Work and a couple of loads of laundry is all that is on my agenda today.

Hope everyone has a great day!

 Morning Don and TMB,

Not much going on my house today nor did anything happen here yesterday either.   My kids had other plans yesterday.   My hubby cooked a brisket but I didn't touch it.   It is too greasy for me.   Had a quiet 4th with was good for a change.   i did go over to my sisters last night and glad I opted to stay home instead of go over there for lunch.   Her grandkids were all too excited about fireworks and too loud for me.   LOL   Not many plans yet for today.    Meggie...praying for you today.   Hope you get to feeling better.

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE;   COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN;  AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!!    THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

Good Morning all! I hope everyone had a safe and Happy 4th of July. Not a lot going on in my world right now. Trying to get a head on a little bit of work. We will hit the ground running starting Saturday and probably won't be able to catch our breath again til the 30th! Who ever decided that 3 weeks of firefighter training should take place in July in Texas should be shot!! LOL But it is fun, the first week alone we usually have at least 10 Spanish speaking countries represented! All of our guest instructors will teach in Spanish. Way cool!

Well, I'm off to accomplish whatever I can work wise. Not really motivated on this Monday/Tuesday, but I'll git ur done!

Hugz,
Gina L
