Good morning!  Wow my first week of summer vacation is flying by!!!  I will be so glad to get to Arizona next week!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Plan:
B: SB Coconut Mocha Lite Frap
L: Poblano soup
D: BBQ Island Tilapia
Snacks: Skinny cow bar

 Morning Paige,

Not many plans so far today.   I am going to make good choices though today.   I did pretty good yesterday but I am retaining fluids this AM.    Not sure what is up with that....heat maybe??  Hope you are still getting rain.   Ours is over for a while.   Have a great day.

It just started raining again.... 2 days in a row after not getting any for months!!!!  I almost want to go out and dance in it!!  Hope you are having a wonderful day!

 Paige....you in the Houston area are lucky then.    We had some overnight rain 2 days in a row but it didn't rain but just a little bit.    The first night we received about 3"......second night not much at all.   Hope you get alot of rain.   I am sure you are probably experiencing the drought conditions we are here also.

Today's goal...water water water.  I need to stay focused on that.

The food plan:
B: Protein shake
L: Protein shake
D: Gyro meat and veggies (and a little tzaziki)
S: Cottage Cheese and a slice of Eggface protien cake (if I make it to the store for eggs)
