Good morning! Wow my first week of summer vacation is flying by!!! I will be so glad to get to Arizona next week!!! So what are your plans for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

D: BBQ Island Tilapia
Snacks: Skinny cow bar
~Paige~ -155lbs (lovin' my band)
At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Not many plans so far today. I am going to make good choices though today. I did pretty good yesterday but I am retaining fluids this AM. Not sure what is up with that....heat maybe?? Hope you are still getting rain. Ours is over for a while. Have a great day.
