Exercise. Already did 30 minutes on wt loss mode on elliptical, lifted arm WTD and did 150 crunches

I stuck to my plan yesterday and was rewarded on the scale this morning.

Trying to recommit to the time to get on OH, even if I don't read all the posts as much as I used to, and get back to being accountable for my food.

Breakfast-Chai latte Protein shake
Snack-Cottage Cheese
Lunch-Strawberry protein shake
Snack- my SPLURGE for the day and a completely non WLS friendly Devil's Food Cupcake
Dinner-Mediterreaniean Shrimp.
Lots of water in between too.
