Good morning!!!  Woke up to the sound of thunder and saw some flashes of lightening but just sprinkles so far!!!  Praying for rain as it's been so long!  The poor pond behind our house is 90% dry!  Okay so what's your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Plan:
B: Click mocha coconut frap
L: open face BLT
D: Tilapia and veggie
Snacks: skinny cow bar

Houston has been dry and I am looking forward to some rain, too.  My yard would absolutly love it.

- Vitamins
- OA Meeting
- Healthy food choices
- Planned eating
- More water
- Family time

Yay for the rain! We're getting a good amount here in Cypress.

Today's plan is protein, protein, protein. Getting all my ducks in a row for my plastic surgery on 
Tuesday. Gotta go find a raised toilet seat today.

Here is my plan:

Exercise. Already did 30 minutes on wt loss mode on elliptical, lifted arm WTD and did 150 crunches

B protein latte
L beef fajita salad
S sf vanilla iced coffee
D leftover teriyaki chicken cabbage stir fry
S magic pop and Greek yogurt and fruit

I stuck to my plan yesterday and was rewarded on the scale this morning.

Good almost afternoon ladies!  I work off 290 & Hempstead and it has been raining all morning!  Got a good amount this morning before I left home and hoping it has been raining the same as threre as it has been here! 

B: chocolate/click protein shake
S: Oikos blueberry greek yogurt
L: tuna salad
S: banana or mango
D: Have not clue but really wanting Mexican food!

 Hi everyone!

Trying to recommit to the time to get on OH, even if I don't read all the posts as much as I used to, and get back to being accountable for my food.

Today's food was and will be
Breakfast-Chai latte Protein shake
Snack-Cottage Cheese
Lunch-Strawberry protein shake
Snack- my SPLURGE for the day and a completely non WLS friendly Devil's Food Cupcake
Dinner-Mediterreaniean Shrimp.

Lots of water in between too.
