Good morning!!!  I want to apologize for the sporadic posts the past month or so.  Things have just been crazy (mostly at work) but I'm officially on summer vacation now and so excited!!!  It's time for me to regroup!!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise: treadmill (going to sign up today for the Houston Half marathon...praying I get in on the lottery!!)

B:  Click Mocha coconut FRAP
L: 2 multigrain crackers and chicken salad
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
Snacks: WW ice cream cone

D: Steak / veggie / potatoes
S: Fruit / ????

 Morning Paige,

I am drinking my coffee so life is good right now.   LOL   Not sure what I am going to eat today.   I usually don't plan a meal till it is right upon me.   Sometimes I do though.    I do know that today I have to make better choices than yesterday.     I didn't mess up really bad yesterday but had WAY too much sodium and when that happens...rings are tight and weight is up.  I won't do a repeat today of yesterday that's for sure.    No apology needed about the sporadic posts.   We ALL understand what you are going through knowing you are a school teacher.    Have a blessed day and I will be praying that you get in the lottery for that marathon.

Good for you on the whole half marathon thing. I am definitely going to start running after I recover from my plastic surgery. I used to be a runner in my younger days.

Not sure what I'm going to eat today. I can't really make myself eat too much these days. I think it's the stress over my surgery. Yikes!! (I am forcing myself to get my protein in)

Yes you want to make sure right now that you getting more protein in then usual... it will help you to heal faster!!!!

Exercise 30 minutes on wt loss mode on the elliptical and 2 hours outside cleaning windows.

B protein latte
L chef salad
S sf vanilla iced coffee...homemade, 1 plain magic pop
D teriyaki cabbage stir fry
S Greek yogurt and fruit
