GOOD MORNING!!! I am excited to go to Central Market today because I need me some peep time.

So, hop on, but be sure to get off at the Central Market stop!

I am in a lot of pain today. Last night I went to sit down and I generally bend my left leg and sit on top of it when I sit in the recliner. Well yesterday I did that and it popped and hurt like anything. It still hurts. I had to sleep in the recliner with a pillow underneath it because laying on either side pulled on my knee too much. I can walk and I've got ice on it now. I don't think it looks swollen but I haven't checked it this morning. Hopefully it will be nothing and heal itself soon!

I am proud of myself. I made pizza and chocolate chip cookies for Chris and his friend and I ate just a small serving of pizza and no cookies. Maybe I'll send Jared home with most of them for his family so they don't tempt me.

I'm being a "good redneck" today in that apparently the wi-fi at my house is on the fritz and has been since last night.  So at the butt crack of dawn this morning, after eating breakfast, I loaded my lap top up, a 100' extension cord and went over to my Mom's house to procure some wi-fi from her.  Sure enough - found lots of it sitting in the screened porch where her hot tub sits.  Helps that the porch shares an outer wall with her office.  So as I post this I'm sitting here taking in the sounds of the birds and wind chimes, the view of the cattle in the pasture below the hill, enjoying the cool morning breeze and swigging on what will be the first of many glasses of iced tea today.

All that grass I've been watering - it's got to be mowed this morning before it gets too HOT!  Other than that only thing on my docket is going to Tyler this evening.  I'll need to find, beg, borrow or steal another modem to use at my house till I can get a new one delivered.  Good thing Mom will be out of town all next week!  

ETA II:  Was issues at CO not with my machine.  Means Mom's modem will remain where it is while she is gone.

No back to the regularly shceduled yard mowing that has me sweating like the proverbial woman of ill repute at the church on Sunday!

Hoping you took Ms. Bridgette to your Mom's with you.  And while you are in Tyler tonight, you could go and pick up a modem at Target/Office Depot, etc.  Why wait for one to be delivered??

She is sleeping in.  Embarq replaces it gratis.

Hoping that your leg gets better.  You did have your set of 'issues' with your foot / leg, dont you??

Need I say anything more about how I am feeling right now???  Maybe things are finally going to be happening for me!!  Thank you all for your well wishes on these two things.

Well the bad news is that its my left knee. My foot is the right foot, so now I'll be hobbling around on both legs I guess. lol

You're so hobbled up by injuries you can't even limp right!

Don- you should see me when I first stand up from sitting a while- I look like I'm bow-legged.

You are in a pickle now!!!  Please dont go breaking your arm while Bryan is out of town...now that would be horrible.  Take better care of yourself, ya hear?!?!
