Good morning!!!  Just 2 work days left and then I can enjoy my summer vacation!!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

D: Island BBQ Tilapia
Snacks:  WW ice cream cone

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: chicken salad / light chips
D: Pork loin / veggie / mashed potatoes

 Good Morning Paige,

Hope the week goes by quickly for you....I know you are really ready to have some much needed time off.      Today I am planning on doing all protein shakes.   I did that yesterday too except I did eat a baked pork chop last night.    I feel so much better today so I am going to repeat what I did yesterday ( except hopefully....no pork chop. )    Have a wonderful day and don't work too hard.
