Good morning!! I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend and is ready to get this week started!!! So what are your plans for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Today will be a great day !!! I made good food choices yesterday and logged my food too but this AM got up to a half pound gain. That is OK...it was all the sodium. I am doing Daily Plate and I did about double sodium that I should have had. I will not repeat that today. LOL I did workout on my Wii "Active" game and trust me.....it kicked me in the butt bad. LOL
I will try to post what I ate later on this evening. I am not good at planning what I am going to eat. I kinda go with the flow so to speak. But I am on track....logging my foods and making wise choices. Have a wonderful day !!!
