  • Current Weight:  263  
  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

Ssf iced coffee...homemade
L turkey on sandwich thin and a few ranch Quaker oats chips
D southwest chicken with veggies
S trail mix, Greek yogurt w fruit
