2 year anniversary
Thank you everyone for the Congrats. This hasn't been an easy journey. I am struggling now trying to maintain. I try to eat right and exercise, but with to bad knees, exercise isn't easy. I have started going to the pool and swimming about 3 times a week, but that still isn't enough. I fluctuate up and down by 5 or 6 pounds. When I go up, it is the hardest thing to get it back off. Any ideas? I would love to have your input PLEASE....
