Oops... I missed yesterday!!  These summer hours are killing me!  But I will enjoy having my Fridays off!!!  How is everyone doing this week??  What is your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

B: Believe RTD
L: 2 multi grain crackers, LF cheese and ham
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
Snacks: WW ice cream cone, greek yogurt

 Morning Paige,

Yesterday was the pitts !!!  UGH  I am here posting though.    Eating was WAY off yesterday don't even want to think about it.    Started a diet on tuesday and did it for one day.    Gotta get back to the eating plan and eating things I should and serving sizes that I should....today.     I will post what I ate later this evening.    Have a wonderful day and I did miss you yesterday !!!

Good morning, trying to make good choices this week as I have my two year check up tomorrow. 

My plan for today:

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Tilapia / veggie
D:  ??????
S; Banana / 100 - 150 snack pack
64 oz of water

Breakfast......2 scrambled eggs and 2 strips of bacon

Lunch.......1/2 cup tuna salad

Dinner.......lettuce salad with spray dressing,  carrot sticks and Carbmaster yogurt
