Snacks: WW ice cream cone, greek yogurt

Yesterday was the pitts !!! UGH I am here posting though. Eating was WAY off yesterday don't even want to think about it. Started a diet on tuesday and did it for one day. Gotta get back to the eating plan and eating things I should and serving sizes that I should....today. I will post what I ate later this evening. Have a wonderful day and I did miss you yesterday !!!

Breakfast......2 scrambled eggs and 2 strips of bacon
Lunch.......1/2 cup tuna salad
Dinner.......lettuce salad with spray dressing, carrot sticks and Carbmaster yogurt
