Good morning everyone,

My WooHoo is not buying the light potato chips yesterday that I REALLY wanted.

Last night I actually got in the pool for the 1st time this year and the water felt good,  I am going to try to start using the pool more often, instead of taking a nap at lunch I think I am going jump in the pool and get some exercise, will see how long that last.

Time for work, have a great day!

Hey ya all !!

Not much to report on frontage road here.........just busy -  gonna work a bunch this week - there are some debts that I really want to work and get rid of before  December - so I'm crunching and getting to it.

I really want to go swimming more this summer...........I'm trying to find water aerobics classes around here that do NOT happen during the daytime working hours.......I wanna go 2-3x a week - but NOT having any luck finding anyone doing them on weekends and maybe 1x a week day evening...........

Good luck to Meggie  on her trip  - hope that they find out whats going on or at least a reasonable excuse.
Prayers for Norma in the house and job situation
Prayers for all others and/or huggs.............

I have a couple of whoo -hoos...............
  (1)  I actually "camped out" in a tent in the outdoors over this past weekend  - kinda liked looking at the DARK DARK skies w/beautiful shining stars and the sounds of our amazing wildlife and creatures that God made us..........It was so serene like...

  (2)  My team leader from Houston office is here this week ( monthly trip ) she heard me on the phones most of the day on Monday (I got NOTHING done on MY primary functions on Monday) but commended me on a job well done on the phones and how my customer service was, etc..
I'm so glad that someone noticed it finally -  all my years of insurance experience - finally paid off !! lo  hehehe    Just kidding

  • Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose.  Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email.  I'll answer it as soon as possible.

Woo hoo on the praise at work! I just finished the first part of the training and I was told by numerous people, includng my boss's boss that I'm doing a great job and that the training is great.

Have you thought about taking classes online? That way you could work it to your advantage because you can do class work when you have time.
