Good morning!!!  Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend!!!  I'm ready to tackle work and it's summer hours... I can make it knowing I will have Friday's off!!!  So what is your plan for today?  Remember to make it a good one... the choice is yours!!!

Good morning, I need to stay focused and on plan this week.  Friday is my 2 year check up and I don't want to weight in with a gain and cutting it too close for comfort right now.


My plan for today
Weight and Measure portions
B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Tipalia / veggie
D: Steak / veggie
S: Banana / 100 cal snack
64 oz of water
Exercise: DVD or walking

B -  1 scrambled egg w/ 1 slice toast w/ cream cheese and 3 slices bacon.  I need to figure out what the total calories of this con****cion is tonight !!
coffee  w/ splenda and s/f creamer

Snack  - not sure if neeeded since its taking me over an hour to eat breakfast at desk and I"M NOT HUNGRY  - but I have l/f yogart, s/f pudding and grapes with me today, celery sticks, carrot sticks and raw brocolli to fall back on if needed

Lunch:    GNC   Choc & Caramel protein drink

Dinner:  WW  beef and veggie something...

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

Decent day, stuck to my meal plan and scale looks good. I'll touch base tomorrow morning. Wiped out today, HP telling to get some R&R.
