Good morning!  So sorry that I've been MIA this past week.  Work has just been crazy busy and I'm exhausted!!!!  Two more weeks of work and then it's 6 weeks off!!!  Looking forward to spending most of that time in Phoenix!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Exercise: treadmill or Elliptical
B: Believe RTD
L: Poblano soup
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
Snacks:  fruit bar or Swiss Miss bar

Good morning, no real food plan today since I will be eating out.  I plan to be back on track tomorrow.  I have my 2 year checkup Friday and I don't want to see a gain when I step on his scales.

My Plan for today

Make good food choices
Take vitamins
64 oz of water
Exercise
