Good morning!!!  I hope everyone had a chance to enjoy the Memorial Day weekend!!!  We went to Dallas and had a fabulous time!  Yesterday was also my 3 year surgiversary and I'm very happy with where I am in this journey!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

B: Believe RTD
L: chicken salad and 2 multigrain crackers
D: mahi mahi with sweet pepper sauce
Snacks:  popchips, WW ice cream bar

Well! It's Tuesday, a 4 day week, I am ready to back to work!

My plan for today...

Coffee- Done
Aloe Juice-Done
Oatmeal
Protein Shake
Poblano Scallops w/stir fry veggies and wheat crackers
HOMEMADE INDIAN yogurt w/ peaches
Protien Shake
90 cal Pineapple Coconut Jamba Bar

If I get the urge to eat... PROTEIN SHAKE!

Good morning, off work today so not sure how well I will stay on plan; should be back to my normal routine tomorrow

L: Left over chicken pizza
D: Pork loin / veggie / mashed potatoes
S: Frozen banana with SF caramel sauce; 100 cal snack
64 oz of water

I had a FANTABULOUS WEEKEND !! 
Ran out of time to get everything done and the sleepy hit early last night !!

B:  scrambled eggs w/bacon and picante
      coffee

Lunch:   GNC  Chocolate Caramel shake

Dinner:

Snack:    LIt and Fit Dannon toasted coconut yogart

I so failed to get anything in my "bag" for lunch or dinner with everything and tools that I brought to make breakfasts for the week for me......... bread, cooky thingy, rice snacks, jellos, puddings, etc.....bread...........heheheh   guess I'll bring the other side of the kitchen tomorrow !!  lol

 Hi Ladies,

Slacking with my OH posts.  Need to repriotitize my life...

Got on the scale this morning and let's just say it's NOT good.  Seriously need to get back on track.

Today's Plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- Exercise
- Planned eating
- Track all intake & activity
- No evening grazing
- Lots and Lots of water
- Vitamins
- OA Meeting
