Good morning!  I'm headed back to work this morning after being sick the past few days.  I'm feeling better just not a lot of energy!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

B: Click Mocha Coconut frap
L: Chicken salad and 2 multi grain crackers
D: Tilapia
Snacks: granola bar, WW bar

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast
L: Leftovers - either burrito bowl or spaggetti
D: chicken / rice / mixed veggies
S: Fruit / 100 - 150 cal snack pack
64 oz of water
