Good morning!!  Feeling like a truck hit me this morning... thought it was just allergies last night but running a fever now.  Going to spend the day in bed... just not what I need right now!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Think I will be sticking to liquids and soup today!

You better go to the dr. Today and get meds so you'll be better and can travel Friday.

S mcDonalds sf vanilla iced coffee
L leftover Mexican casserole and pudding cup
D homemade pizza or schwans chicken garlic pizza
S Greek yogurt and fruit

I'm doing well with tracking my food and keeping my calories around 1300.  I have lost 2 pounds this week. 3 more to go!!
