Good morning!  This week is going to be a challenge as I will be out at meetings for 3 days so that means 3 days of eating lunch out... and the choices available are not great ones!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan: 
Exercise:  treadmill or elliptical
B: Believe RTD
L: Indian summer soup and cornbread
D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce
Snacks:  pop chips, BB fruit bar

Made it through my last Monday of school!!  Woo hoo!! C'mon summer!!

Here's my food for the day...

B- low carb tortilla/cheese
L- ww mini pizzas
S- protein bar
S- string cheese
D- protein shake
S- apple

No exercise today because I'm grading the last of my papers tonight.  Our final is on scantron.

Things here are good.  Hope all is well with everyone else!!
