Daily Plate Weekend Edition
Good morning everyone!!! Going to start just doing the daily plate once during the weekend... feel free to post both days here! Going to be headed to my Mainstayer group later on and then it's just going to be a weekend full of NOTHING!!! I'm exhausted! So what are your plans for today? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Exercise: 3 miles

Exercise: 3miles on Elliptical this morning
Day one of C210k on the treadmill
B: Click mocha coconut frap
L: chicken salad and 2 multigrain crackers
D: chicken enchilada (WW recipe)
S: pop chips, BB fruit bar

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Don't have a great plan today or how well I will stick to it.
LB/EL: Breakfast taco or chicken taco's (eating out)
Dinner: Steak / veggie / mashed potatoes
64 oz of water
Exercise: DVD or walking
