Overstitch

I had the overstitch process done yesterday. So fat so good. I was in a lot of pain yesterday but I am alright today. I have had 2 cups of broth in 2 days so maybe the turned off the hunger switch. Will keep yall posted.

They go in and stitch up the opening to your pouch, thus restricting the amount of food you can take it. However, he told me that this procedure you will not feel the restrictions at firs so it is paramount that you follow doctors orders or the stitches will rip and you will never know it.

Thanks, 8 lbs in 3 days. I know thats a lot of fluids but Im not complaining. Liquids for 2 weeks, then puree for 2 weeks, then soft for 2 weeks. Its tougher this time. But I am managing.
