Good morning!!!  Have a busy day planned... sports day today and then an awards banquet tonight. No plan for me today as I will be at a meeting and then the banquet tonight...will make the best choices I can!!!

So what is your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Here is my plan. My extra weight magically disappeared this morning. Yeah!

Will walk a mile at lunch...slept in this morning

Good morning ladies! Just counting down the days till Memorial Day wknd! Going to La Canterra Resort in San Antonio for some R & R with good friends! The best part is EVERYTHING IS COMPED!!!!

D: Going out - will probably split fajita
S: 100 - 200 cal snack pack
64 oz of water

I just started tracking my food using fatsecret.com.  I have never really tracked my food in almost 3 years, but my plastic surgery is in 40 days and I want to be as healthy as possible going in. I'm working on my protein/carb/fat percentages and limiting my sodium and sugar grams.
