Good morning!!!  Time to refocus and get back on track... it's a new day and a new week!!!  Anything is possible!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise: treadmill
B:  Click coconut mocha FRAP
L: Poblano soup
D: tilapia
Snacks:  Blue Bell Peach bar, SF pudding

Weekend is over and ready to get back to my normal routine.

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet/ toast
L: Left over spaghetti 
D: steak / veggie / potatoes
S: banana slices / something around 100 - 150 cal
64 oz of water
Exercise: DVD

- Vitamins
- Lots & Lots of water
- OA Meeting
